Medical Checklist – Does Your Pet have (early or mild) Problems?
Our pets are masters at hiding their symptoms, which can be very subtle. That’s one of the reasons why our doctors like to do twice yearly checkups! Use this as a worksheet, and if you checked any ‘Maybe or Occasionally’, or ‘Yes’, please call us for an appointment right away!
