Madison and Baxter

These are our favorite pictures of our mascot Madison and her new brother Baxter

Baxter on the patio

He's happy to spend hours in our backyard, as long as Madison is there and at least one of his people, too!

Baxter, 4 weeks old

Hi! My name is Baxter. I am a cream/white piebald shorthaired dachshund puppy from Pennsylvania. I'll be coming to my new home in May, and I sure hope Madison likes me.  We have not met yet, but Rachel and Dr. O sure fell in love with me!

Sweet gums can be prickly

Madison picking her way through sweet gum seed pods

Madison doesn't seem to mind picking her way through the sweet gum seed pods, but she IS careful of where she puts her feet! At Dykes Marsh Wildlife Refuge.

Hiking in Riverbend Park

I liked meeting lots of dogs on the trail. Mom liked the wildflowers!

Madison on top of the lazyboy, looking out the window

When one of us goes out the front door, Madison may jump up onto the lazyboy back - riding the chair like a bucking bronco until it stops moving! She likes the height it gives her so she can watch the front yard and the driveway.
